The same quality of service I expect, I get, and I appreciate! It is so nice to deal with people who smile and joke while being efficient at what they do. The only bad part was that 'Billy' was out delivering a truck while I was having my car serviced, so I couldn't improve my mood by exchanging one-liners with him...
